After going to two different doctors that were not able to give a diagnosis or any helpful suggestions to treat my symptoms, I began looking for alternatives. I just knew that a 33 year old, stay at home wife and mother of 3 kids, should not feel bad every single day. That’s when I found a link to call Kristy, and I’m so glad I did! I was experiencing extreme fatigue, brain fog, achy joints and inflammation, and significant hormone imbalances. After working with Kristy and following her recommendations, I could immediately see results. I have the energy I need to last all day long. I’m sleeping better at night, and I don’t wake up tired. We all know life is about making choices. I can certainly say, I am very happy that I made the choice to seek Kristy out. I learned so much the first 3 months of us working together, so much that I signed up for another 3 months.

I discovered that the food we stuff in our faces has a lot to do with how we feel and most surprisingly, my mood! I have learned to make healthier choices even though I prided myself as a good baker. I have discovered there is a better way of eating and taking care of myself. Kristy has also taught me how to deal with stress in a healthier way!

It’s hard for me to exercise regularly, but I have come to realize I truly feel better when I do. My only regret is not making these changes earlier on in my life.

I began having problems this past summer with weight gain and low
energy. Kristy suggested that I keep a food journal and increase my
exercise.  She also suggested that I find a doctor that  understood my
thyroid and hormone issues.   My new doctor found that I have an
autoimmune disease (Hashimoto’s).  Kristy has been instrumental in
teaching me about nutrition and provided me with many delicious
recipes.  She has been their to answer questions and With her help, I
have learned  about clean eating and trigger foods.  I now fuel my
body with healthier foods that provide energy so that I can run again.
Also, many of the cravings that I had before for sweets and junk food
are gone.   Through clean eating, a natural approach to medication,
and exercise I am feeling great again!  Thanks, Kristy!
